REYSON regulator is developed with a concept that “all REYSON regulator users are able to share the same safeness and function and to secure enough inspiratory volume as if breathing onshore”. Spending 2 years for development project, various improvement are successfully introduced. We pursued parts accuracy and realized quality improvement at micro level, especially for parts around low pressure system, parts accuracy tolerance is 1/100 mm. We adopt alloy engineer plastic which is resistant to impact or weather for resin parts which are mainly used for second stage. We complete REYSON regulator with many functions, safeness and lightness as well as securing parts strength, by pursuing our basic concept “the lightest under given condition”.

Our original Saslong plating is adopted to the movable parts, which requires less friction among the second stage’s metal parts.
①Sliding qualities – Low abrasion／Saslong contains Lubricant particles and it can cause less friction on a contact part of metals and make it slide well even when Lubricant is short.〈 Coefficient of friction is 30% lower than conventional Nickel chrome plating.〉
②Abrasion resistance・Surface hardness／Unlike superficial soft Lubrication coating, Lubricant particles evenly contained in Saslong cause the effect last for long. In surface hardness, it is equal to Nickel chrome plating or higher.
③corrosion resistance of parts／Compared to conventional Nickel chrome plating, Saslong plating has even thickness on all surface. Although plating on screw threads, inside of cylindrical parts, etc. are tend to be uneven so far, Saslong plating could be done on any shaped parts and causes to increase corrosion resistance of the plated parts significantly.
④water-repellent／superficial self-lubrication boosts surface tension and also enhances water-repellent. Therefore, a regulator could be kept less moist. And salt adhesion is decreased after drying. It also decreases the troubles caused by salt adhesion.
“D-LINE system” is capable to deliver fresh air for every breath of inhalation and expelled pre-existing Carbon Dioxide.
By adjusting the “Diffuser” attached on the inner wall, which prevent of regulator free flow and allow diver to breath easily and naturally.
FLEXIBLE JOINT LP-HOSE
Allow freely head movement of divers and reduce cause of fatigue of biting the mouth piece. The joint of LP hose to be connected to the second stage can move up to 25 degree toward multi-direction and it moves together with the flexible hose to respond to a diver’s motion. Besides, an attached flexible grip is designed not to prevent the joint movement and hold it securely.
It is a novel structure, which absorbs an impact to the second stage from the outside and protects the inner parts. This resin is made from a different material from the body case. Cushioning Elastomer resin is integrally molded to be the protection wrapping the second stage itself. It protects the body case without impairing the appearance. In addition, the exhaust cover is designed to fit any diver’s chin and absorb an impact from lower part of the body case
Both sides of the mouthpiece are designed to move from the center toward both the inside and the outside. Besides, it turns compact in mouth. When bitten lightly, it spreads out to the both sides when bitten lightly and fit back of lips. The part that back teeth hold is larger than the other part and it minimizes the sense that the mouthpiece falls off when you hold it in your mouth loosely. Projections are arranged to fit the teeth in the mouth.
Large EX- Valve made of high quality silicon rubber has 34.5mm caliber. Although it seems a standard exhaust valve, it is adequately positioned to efficiently attach to the second stage and designed to help the whole valve move in fine opening and closing sequence
ROLLER DEMAND LEVER
Breathing resistance is subject to a friction between the diaphragm center plate and the demand lever. To solve the problem, a roller of Self-lubricating resin is installed on the tip of the demand lever. It can be considered a switch of air supply and react to a diver’s breathing in real time.
In accordance with various conditions such as from normal breathing (low load), intense exercise(high load) and to deep diving , breathing resistance can be controlled by taking advantage of venturi effect. On the water surface and in shallow water, you can breathe normally with the knob on (-) position. This knob is steplessly adjustable toward (+) up to the high load such as in deep water so that you can smoothly inhale supplied air. Flow controller increases the venturi effect and you can breathe naturally with a small effort in any situation.
